We are seeking dynamic and sociable individuals to join our team as a Part-Time CoLiving Host for AI Synergy CoLiving. As a CoLiving Host, your primary responsibility will be to find and secure ideal guests for our co-living spaces. You will be instrumental in building a thriving community by bringing in like-minded individuals.

Join us in shaping a vibrant community across our locations in Portugal, Spain, and Greece!

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and secure ideal guests for our co-living spaces.
• Promote the AI Synergy CoLiving experience on social media platforms to attract potential participants.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, networking events, and activities that foster a sense of community.
• Interact with residents to address their needs, ensure a positive experience, and promote a culture of collaboration.
• Collaborate with the AI Synergy CoLiving team to enhance the overall co-living experience.

Support Offered:

• Access to our marketing platform to assist in promoting the co-living experience.
• Opportunity to engage in an online community connecting residents across various co-living spaces.

Opportunity:

• Gain a valuable co-living experience at no cost.
• Eligible for a basic monthly compensation once a co-living location is secured and a minimum of 7 guests are confirmed.

Requirements:

• Extroverted personality with a strong social media presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering community and collaboration.
• Self-motivated and organized.
