I’m incredibly grateful for the internship opportunity I had at AI Time Journal. It helped me gain real-world experience in Digital Marketing and taught me how to promote efficiently and to always pay attention to every small detail.

AITJ not only helped me expand my network and confidence but also enhanced my communication skills with customers and my proficiency in WordPress. AITJ guided me in article writing and helped me to clarify my direction within the marketing field.

Among the most pivotal lessons learned from my internship, the importance of attention to every detail was something that really opened my eyes. The smallest error could change something completely.

The internship presented numerous insightful learning opportunities, such as working on websites such as Driveply, WordPress, ETC. and offering a genuine understanding of the practical aspects of Digital Marketing.

I believe this internship experience helped me in several ways. It made me a better, more confident, and efficient writer. I think it made me mentally tougher balancing the workload of creating 3 articles a week and other tasks with the school.

It taught me a lot about AI and the tips and tricks you can use to optimize your efficiency when you work; it is super important to take advantage of the benefits of AI as it can put you a step ahead of the competition.

It definitely helped me career-wise get a better understanding of the content marketing field, as well as produce a great improvement to my resume and resume as a writer with any articles that where published in my name. Finally, I think it enabled me to better build my network.

I would say it definitely gave me real world experience in my career path that I have yet to have truly received, which was very beneficial to me. I now feel comfortable knowing that this is truly what I love to do and that I will have a long career in PR/Marketing. Overall, this internship had many of great learning opportunities, such as what PR and Digital Marketing truly is in the real world.

I will forever be grateful for my internship opportunity at AI Time Journal. This internship provided me invaluable experience in fundamental skills such as media relations, WordPress website development, and customer engagement.The opportunities that AITJ gave me to step into positions of leadership through meeting facilitation and graphic design creative freedom really helped solidify my passion for public relations. Moreover, being able to combine my love of PR with the evolving field of artificial intelligence was great as it allowed me to reach such a broad range of companies and clients. The AITJ internship was the perfect introduction to working in a professional setting. I was able to work on my communication skills and gain experience working with a remote team. I was also not only able to build a portfolio of written samples but also network with many different startup founders, marketing executives, and more. Valuable practical experience and confidence in working in the PR position. I really love my experience here and love my co-workers, especially the weekly Monday meeting where we can share our updates and give high five to co-workers.

Learn new skills and kickstart my career. I loved the interviews, the onboarding process, figuring out ways to improve processes/program, and being able to interact with my peers. I am really glad that AITJ gave me the chance to learn, grow, and be able to kickstart my career. Not many places will take someone who is a sophomore in college so I am glad I was able to work here.

I have become so much more professional in my time working at AITJ. I have learned how to work on media partnerships in a way that let me adapt what I learned at FGCU. I learned how to work effectively in my work with the guidance that I had from the people I worked with. I got to interact with some of the best and brightest in the data science field and hope that I will work with those I have worked with in the future.

I also got to learn how to adapt my PR work into advertising work through the use of articles that I was able to work on and publish on the website. I was able to work more on my writing through this as well as getting feedback from fellow coworkers to make it as great as can be.

Overall, I was able to work in an environment that let me balance my home and other job in a remote environment. I felt valued in my position and I hope I made as much of an impact on the company as they have on my future, thank you AI Time Journal.

Before AITJ, I knew how to write but I didn’t know how to write effectively for an audience with the correct SEO strategies. From numerous training videos and manuals to peer reviews, I’m a much better writer now than I was 6 months ago. I now know how to write proper serious articles and not just how to scribble for fun.

This internship allowed me to grow as a public relations and social media practitioner, as I had the opportunity to learn and work as a part of the podcast projects. I learned comprehensively about the production, publication, and promotions components of podcast projects. The freedom and ability to create educational content with a dynamic and diverse team had been a wonderful experience. Furthermore, this internship allowed me to extensively correspond, learn and connect with tech, AI, and data science industry leaders, experts and innovators. This experience has given me a professional real-life experience in public relations and the social media field which has taught me to become confident in the work I do. Furthermore, I had the privilege to work with a dynamic international team remotely, with whom I had been able to create informational and meaningful work for the AI Time Journal audience.

My internship with AITJ has been an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of video editing weekly content for a publishing company. It was very gratifying to help produce educational content on a topic that I was already genuinely interested in. Working with an international team was also a pleasant and enriching experience, especially as someone who previously only had experience doing video editing projects on my own. The leadership was always thoughtful and engaged, giving me the creative freedom to add my own ideas to the podcast, such as designing new motion graphics and refining the post-production workflow.

I believe this experience has made me a more well-rounded video editor and gives me great confidence for working with similar teams and workflows in the future.

The internship helped me learn more about what goes into a business. I got to see all aspects of the business such as marketing, creative, social media, HR, etc.

This internship helped me grow as a creative as I was creating content such as ebook covers and YouTube thumbnails, which are pieces I don’t generally create but I was glad to have had the opportunity to branch out some more.

It helped me become more confident and knowledgeable in HR. I used to get nervous for interviews, but after conducting multiple interviews it has now become second nature. Also, looking for red flags in applicants’ application tasks or their resumes gave me a better understanding of what companies are looking for. I am now better prepared for my future career!

It was a fantastic journey being an intern at AI Time Journal. As a project manager intern, I was given a free hand in developing and creating the projects, which gave me really practical experiences in managing different projects and the opportunities to start a project from beginning to end.

During the process, I have learned so much, such as detailed planning beforehand, allocating resources and tasks, and open-space meetings to brainstorm ideas with teammates.

Another great part of being an intern at AI Time Journal is that I was able to work with amazing teammates: I also learned a lot from them.

The AI Time Journal internship helped me in immense ways. When I started at AITJ, I had almost no knowledge of how to design or execute HR processes. Throughout my internship, I had constant opportunities to develop core HR processes for AITJ, such as onboarding, interview standardization, training, performance evaluation/feedback systems, company culture development, and more.
In fact, my experiences at AITJ were so great that multiple hiring managers for full-time jobs I interviewed for at the end of my internship told me they were impressed that I got such varied and hands-on experience in a 3-month internship. Without the experience I gained here, I would not have been able to jumpstart my career. I am so grateful to the AITJ team for giving me this fantastic opportunity!

I have learned how to communicate with my team so that the work is done properly and on time. I have understood that there have to be some compromises made for a job well done. Learning how to curate specific posts, depending on what is the message you want to send to your audience. Working under pressure in certain moments when specific tasks had to be done ASAP. I have learned that all ideas are welcome as well as new perspectives for improvement. I have had the pleasure to work with such great team members and feel really grateful to have had this experience!

I very much enjoyed interning at AI Time Journal! It helped me to improve my skills in HR, as I was able to have an all-encompassing experience. I learned to constantly look for ways to improve the department as well as improve myself. Something unique and invigorating about AI Time Journal was the attitude of creativity that was encouraged. New ideas that are brought up are considered and discussed. Through this, I learned the importance of creativity in my work. Such a great team to work with! I’m grateful for the valuable experience I gained while interning here!

AITJ taught me a lot about how to maintain organization and consistency in a professional setting. Even though I was just a video editor, and before coming into this I had absolutely no knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, I think that watching and editing the videos not only helped me grow as an editor, but I was also learning from listening and watching the interviews. Overall, I gained a lot that I wouldn’t have anywhere else, and I’ve met some awesome people in the process.

The internship helped me develop my abilities to work within a team of video editors and produce content on a deadline while revising to fit client requests as needed. It was a ton of fun and I’ve learned a BUNCH over these past 3 months. This was an invaluable opportunity that gave me new insight into a field I was always intrigued by, but never knew much about.

My experience as an intern at AI Time Journal has been invaluable for both the exposure to a number of different industries I received, as well as the professional skills I have been able to develop through my time working alongside such an incredible team of charismatic problem-solvers.

As a team member, I had the privilege to operate the LinkedIn side of promoting our podcast series by creating and publishing original posts, strategize our approach to social media, and to be a point-of-contact for connecting with industry leaders. It is an absolute thrill to connect and meet with industry experts and CEOs from various fields of AI to discuss our ongoing initiatives, and inspire them to join us in our endeavors.

My position at AITJ has allowed me to develop key skills in project and operations management and permitted me to develop professionally while providing more value in the projects I work in. Working and managing a remote team has been a wonderful experience that has taught me numerous lessons about people, time, and resource management.

I had the amazing opportunity to work alongside my team in the launch and publish of our weekly AI Time Journal podcast series. Being able to see this project grow from just an idea, to a full podcast show has been an exciting experience. I have met wonderful people within my team and we have all grown together to work more efficiently. This position has helped me improve processes and better productivity, skills that I will be using throughout my entire professional career.

My experience at AITJ was amazing!

Being an intern with AI Time Journal gave me a space to share ideas that were heard and actually implemented. It is a great feeling to experience a project’s brainstorming stage and see it grow and know you helped create something that matters. Here, I was able to experiment. I was able see what strategies worked better than others and was given freedom and was encouraged the whole way along. This trial and error has shown me that success may not come right away, and that is okay and necessary to realize.

The whole team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. In my 12-week internship, we started out with just an idea of starting a podcast for the company, and by the time I finished, we began releasing two episodes per week. The amount of time and hard work really paid off and it is all thanks to the incredible team I worked with.

Not only was I able to leverage more work from this experience, but I also got great practice using video editing and motion graphics software. I met and networked with awesome people across the globe in an industry that fascinates me.

A lot of what I learned were practical things related to video editing and motion graphics. I also learned more about the challenges of working on a team where everyone is based in different time zones . . . I was able to leverage my position here for a contract podcast editing position with compensation, which was one of my personal goals.

During my time at AI Time Journal as a Creative Design Intern, I gained additional experience in podcasting, creating assets for AI Time Journal Academy, constructing marketing materials for the company’s Shopify as well as WordPress sites, and broadening my teamwork collaboration abilities.

Additionally, working with the management team directly provided me with new insight into AI integration. My time at AI Time Journal has in, many ways, been fulfilling. I have gotten to be a part of not one but three separate teams (Creative Design, Podcast, Academy), which provided opportunities for me to grow as a designer. For example, I had the chance to create eBook covers, podcast graphics for various streaming platforms, assets for Shopify and the company site, the list goes on. Additionally, I was able to network with individuals from all around the world in a remote environment. Build long-term connections that will be vital moving forward to the next phase of my career. Overall, my experience at AI Time Journal has been very positive, and the impact I have been able to make is something that I will always be proud of.

My experience at AI Time Journal could be summed up into a bundle of learning experiences. Not only was it amazing working with international individuals for the first time and having it be my first official internship, but it was an opportunity that I will never forget. I am beyond grateful to have been able to express my creativity without being minimized to specific set of instructions. With being the first project management and operations intern at AITJ, it allowed a free range of new ides to be built upon.

This remote internship taught me a new mindset on how disciplined you have to be. When you are working remotely, the level of discipline must be set to a high standard. It is “easier” to not be fully present or responsive during your respective availability. Therefore, setting intentional goals for the day/week or making the effort to motivate yourself by going to a coffee shop, for example, are major keys. Another lesson I learned is how impactful it is when you show affirmation and appreciation especially in a remote setting. Reaching out to someone individually or shouting them out in meetings are some great examples that boosted our awesome team members’ moral. Lastly, real and open leadership while being creative is essential to excelling in any position. Starting and spearheading weekly team meetings and games to connect the team members increased effective collaboration.

My internship at AI Time Journal allowed me to have a place to put out ideas I had about different subjects freely and realize which ones needed to be reformed and which I could further develop within the company and I thank you for that.

I am also very glad to say that I managed to expand my network and get in contact with multiple successful people who offered to help me with my future professional plans.
