Customer Support Internship

As a Customer Support intern, you will have the opportunity to make lasting and impactful relationships with some of the brightest minds in the exponentially-growing field of Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for someone ready to be that connection!

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries from interview guests, media partnerships 2. Coordinate with different teams to serve customers and solve inquiries in the best way

  • Manage media partnerships and build relationships with event organizers and representatives 
  • Manage the contributor program and aid the process of publishing high quality contributor articles
  • Document standard operating procedures by creating documents and screencast videos 

Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to Empathize with the customers
  • Ability to work in teams and in different time zones 
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

1. Help plan and execute testing efforts, execute test scripts, help with installing testing software and automate web application testing
2. Participate in all phases of a project, from user story review, test design, and demos to final system testing and launch
