Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries from interview guests, media partnerships 2. Coordinate with different teams to serve customers and solve inquiries in the best way

- Manage the contributor program and aid the process of publishing high quality contributor articles
- Document standard operating procedures by creating documents and screencast videos

Responsibilities:
1. Help plan and execute testing efforts, execute test scripts, help with installing testing software and automate web application testing
2. Participate in all phases of a project, from user story review, test design, and demos to final system testing and launch
