Role Description
As part of the AI Time Journal Academy, we are launching events and masterclasses for our audience of data scientists and AI engineers around the world.
You will be working in a global remote team with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Help organize virtual events end-to-end from concept, planning, execution, and reporting
- Assist with the development of theming and deliverables for each event
- Communicate directly with interested parties and stakeholders
- Help run marketing campaigns to bring event speakers and sponsors
- Document routine procedures and processes into SOPs
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Academy team to promote and raise demand for online events
Opportunities:

Requirements:
- Prior work experience or campus involvement in event planning
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate with team and customers
- Ability to work in teams and in different time zones
Responsibilities:
1. Help plan and execute testing efforts, execute test scripts, help with installing testing software and automate web application testing
2. Participate in all phases of a project, from user story review, test design, and demos to final system testing and launch
